Inside Out Renovations was an idea that was turned into a reality.

At Inside Out Renovations, we believe a home is more than just walls and a roof- it's where life happens, memories are made, and families grow. Since 2008, we've been dedicated to creating beautiful, lasting spaces that reflect the people who live in them.

Founder Jonathan Fann has spent most of his life working in construction. After graduating college, he launched Inside Out Renovations to bring his passion for craftsmanship and design to homeowners. Over the years, Jonathan has built a reputation for quality construction and genuine relationships with his clients.

For Jonathan, every project is personal. He doesn't just aim to renovate a house- he strives to create a home you'll love and to build trust that lasts long after the project is complete.

Jonathan, his wife, and their five children live in Dallas, where they enjoy exploring the outdoors and traveling together. Family values are at the heart of everything Jonathan does, and that same care and commitment carry through to every renovation project.
